Privacy
Plexify has no accounts, analytics, ads or tracking. It talks to Plex and to this website, and nothing else.
The app
- Plex. You sign in through plex.tv. Plexify then talks directly to plex.tv and to your Plex Media Server. That traffic is governed by Plex's own privacy policy and your server's settings.
- Your Plex token is kept in Windows Credential Manager or, on Android, encrypted with a key held in the Android Keystore. It is never written to Plexify's database or logs and is never sent anywhere except Plex.
- Downloads, play history and settings stay on your device.
- Update checks. At most once a day, and when you press "Check for updates", the app fetches the release information from
plexify.trashpanda.dk. That request carries no personal data, only what every web request does (IP address and an app user agent).
This website
- No cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds.
- The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, user agent) for security and troubleshooting. They are not shared or used for profiling.
